Following the Pulse tragedy in 2016, our community came together to show the world that we were Orlando United.

Now, almost eight years later, our community continues to come together to honor and remember the 49 individuals taken, their families, the survivors and all those directly impacted by the Pulse tragedy.

June 12, 2024, Day of Remembrance Events:

4 p.m. - 49 Bells Ceremony
First United Methodist Church of Orlando, 142 East Jackson Street

The tolling of the bells is part of “Acts of Love and Kindness,” a One Orlando Alliance movement grown out of the spirit of giving and good deeds witnessed in the aftermath of the Pulse tragedy. The movement inspires the Orlando community and beyond to engage in volunteerism, share stories and show support through acts of love and kindness.
